You can request deletion of your Floently Finnish account and associated learning data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@floently.com from the email address connected to your Floently account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Floently account.
- Include the account email address and confirm that you want the account deleted.
What will be deleted
- Your Floently account profile.
- Your learning progress and practice history where stored by Floently.
- Submitted practice content associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.
What may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons. App store subscription history may remain with Apple or Google according to their own rules.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Floently account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions directly through the store where you purchased them.
